     If you are a skinny person, and you want to grow your health and gain weight without any supplements so don't worry this is not impossible for a tough job. You just have to follow some simple rules and instructions.

1) Calorie intake and Healthy food: - If you really want to gain weight then you have to eat more. You have to increase your calorie intake. Calorie intake means increasing your daily meal eating amount. You don't need to eat so much. Just increase the small quantity of your food. For example- you eat half a plate of rice per day for lunch then just add more than 1 or 2 serving spoon rice. This is not necessary that you have to join a gym or gymnastics etc. You can do anything like a run, football, yoga, cricket, calisthenics, whatever you want. When new working out then your muscles take cal from your body and generate energy, Because of this your hunger also increases. So, you need to eat more than as much as you work out.

(3) Proper Sleep: - Proper 8-9 hours of sleep is so important to grow your body and also to stay healthy.

(4) Don't skip legs: - If you skip legs and work out on your upper body then your body can't grow properly.
